Do You
A role at EdApp is extremely dynamic. As the business grows and scales, so will your role. We operate in a flat, team-based structure. You have a lot of ownership, autonomy, and the ability to influence what you do. Grow with us.
It’s why EdApp exists, and how we continually innovate. Do more than join us – shape our team. Ask, “Why do we do this?” Think, “How can I do this better?” There’s no roadmap to turning an industry on its head. It’s up to you to take the first step.
We’re stronger, better, and work faster together. Do the best work of your life, and know your teammates are doing the same.
We don’t believe in too many policies; we believe in guidelines. You know when and where you’re most productive. You know when you need to recharge. You know what’s best – both for you and your role.
We believe that the best people for the job are the ones who are the most passionate about our mission and our product. That’s why we currently have offices in Sydney, New York City, Manila and London, as well as 100 percent remote workers around the world who are helping us achieve our goals.
We also have opportunities for people looking for part-time, flexible and remote work. So, tell us about you, your skill sets and how you’d like to grow with EdApp.
We’ll keep you updated for opportunities best suited to you!
P.S. Interested but not looking just yet? No problem - Connect with us and stay updated on upcoming roles with EdApp!As we grow – so does your investment. All of our people are part-owners of EdApp and share our success through equity.
Health is wealth. We sponsor various fitness and wellness activities, as well as 24/7 access to our free counselling service for you and your family.
As we grow – your family might grow too. We provide 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers and 8 weeks paid leave for secondary caregivers.
Our team is as mobile as our app. Not only do we work with global organizations, you can also travel and work out of our Sydney, London and New York offices.
Work from an office or work remote. Our teams love coming together, but they know when and where they work best – so we let them.
We value meaningful connections. That’s why we regularly organize activities together – whether it’s to play boardgames, jam out, or run marathons.
We believe that work is rewarding and should be rewarded. That’s why we take opportunities to recognize all that we’ve achieved together – whether that’s going jet skiing, go-karting, mini golfing, or even hosting a Coachella-themed party. Check out our celebrations below!
It’s the little things that count the most. Here are some of our team’s micro moments that made a macro impact on their experience at EdApp.
If you’ve come this far, we know it’s serious! That’s why we’re excited to introduce you to our parent company.
SafetyCulture acquired EdApp in August 2020 after being our primary investor for two years. With similar values, goals and business strategies, we benefit from the perks of a scale-up while still focused on the growth of EdApp.
Currently, the Australian tech unicorn is valued at AUD $2.2 billion and, as a group, we are backed by the same venture capitalists who invested in Atlassian, Canva, Spotify, Etsy, Facebook and Slack.
See what the SafetyCulture group are up toClock on, clock off isn’t our vibe. We believe that you know when you’re the most productive, passionate, and inspired to do your best work – which is more important to us than the hours you sit at a desk.
Absolutely! We provide each person with their choice of a MacBook or Windows laptop, a second monitor screen, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, and of course – some great swag on their first day.
As a company, we have one goal – how we get there is through each person taking ownership and autonomy over their tasks and responsibilities. This means that if you have a question, you go to the best person to answer it. None of this hierarchy nonsense!
The interview process varies depending on the role, but is usually 3-4 stages. You can expect to meet all the relevant people you will be working with, plus have the opportunity to show us what you do best!
At EdApp, we strive to create an accessible and inclusive experience for all people. If you require reasonable accommodation during the application or recruiting process, please contact us at careers@edapp.com.
Differences make us better. At EdApp, we truly value a diverse workplace and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all of our people are supported and inspired to make their mark.
